Job Summary Equifax is looking for an Information Security Compliance Analyst who will be working with customers on Security audits.This person must be able to work from our Alpharetta, GA office location. What You'll Do :
Handle incoming requests from internal customers and stakeholders
Generate reports on weekly, monthly, and yearly basis as per the directions from ISOs
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working with internal/external clients
Learn emerging technologies and cyber security continuously
Read, interpret, and follow Security policies, controls and technical requirements
Participate in continuing education, sourcing internally and externally
Play an active role supporting continuous process improvements
Exhibit basic knowledge on cloud computing and office collaboration tools
Have experience in using ticketing systems
Prepare security documentation by researching internally available sources and SMEs
Process standard inquiries and routes escalations to ISOs
Support customer audits with evidence/artifact collection and cataloging
Collect data for customer audits and security due diligence requests
Provide security responses to requests and security questionnaires from existing and prospective clients
Provide security consulting and maintains security documentation to support the Business Unit
Enforce standards and policies to protect and preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems
Understand business and technical requirements for IT related services
Research, analyzes and assists ISOs in evaluating information from multiple data sources and providing recommendations for improvement
What experience you'll need:
BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience
3 yrs of experience in IT Security as Security analyst with experience in customer audits and requests
2 yrs of experience handling tickets (ServiceNow preferred)
1+yrs of handling customer requests and internal reports,
