The Opportunity

• Recruit physicians, advanced providers and other clinical population as required
• Ensure adequate staffing for site(s) in their specified region and in accordance to Vituity's growth initiatives
• Generate and develop leads, initiate contact and timely follow-up with prospective candidates, conduct preliminary phone screens and reference checks, maintain and update candidate records in Taleo, and maintain practice profiles with current site information
• Attend all relevant meetings involved with Physician and Advanced Provider issues
• Establish ongoing relationships with residency programs
• Prepare for and attend conferences and residency dinners
• Work in conjunction with Business Development, Practice Management, Partnership Affairs, HR and other departments to share market intelligence and best practices in recruiting
• Prepare and process PA/NP offer letters and hire documents
• Communicate relevant information and updates to credentialing and provider enrollment
• Review status of application process
• Keep up to date on practice site and Vituity's policies and procedures

Required Experience and Competencies

• 3-5 years of recent recruiting experience required
• 1-2 years working for a practice management company or physician recruiting firm required
• Experience working in a recruitment agency setting preferred
• Experience working in a medical setting preferred
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make decisions in a rapidly growing, professional, service-oriented environment.
