TK Elevator is currently seeking a Coordinator III - Warranty in Germantown, TN.
Review, analyze, process and document for parts and warranty requests and claims in an accurate and timely manner according to company standards. Works with minimal supervision and serves as Lead Warranty Coordinator.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Perform order entry from customer requests.
Review, analyze, process and document parts/warranty requests and claims.
Research and resolve all warranty claims, including but not limited to, replacement, foreign, obsolete and inactive parts as well as external vendor material.
Receive and document returned goods, issue credits/debits and related accounting functions.
Prepare accurate, timely service to internal and external customers to assure the precise part is delivered in accordance with request and company standards.
Supply material requests and quotes to customers in a prompt and accurate manner.
Correspond frequently with branch staff to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Identify and resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner.
Enter and maintain data on SQDC/MDI boards
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
High School and/or Technical School Diploma required
Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in a field a plus
Five or more years of customer service experience in a heavy call volume environment is required.
Requires a strong knowledge of TKE product lines and SQDC/MDI boards.
The ability to read, interpret and comprehend technical drawings and specifications is required.
Must possess knowledge of commonly-used drafting concepts, practices and procedures.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and heavy Outlook is required
Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be organized and detail-oriented to manage and lead multiple special projects as assigned.
