Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Energy Management Solutions Marketing Manager to join our team specializing in Marketing Strategy for our Power Systems Business Unit headquartered in Shoreview, MN. Can be located anywhere in the United States.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies including technology roadmaps for energy solutions and microgrids in identified regions and geography.


• Implements medium-term and annual marketing plans; identifies barriers to success and success factors. Develops solutions for smooth execution of the plans.


• Manages ongoing market research to understand market trends and potential and product applications in identified markets; uses market research to inform business decisions and priorities.


• Leads marketing efforts for value package marketing activities to create a comparative advantage and meet profitability goals.


• Leverages the competencies in the global marketing team to define the growth initiatives and represent identified product line or geography.


• Leads the marketing effort for the energy management use cases, defining market requirements and technologies to enable successful execution.


• Develop an overarching approach of the marketing 4 Ps for energy management applications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• B.S degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required (MBA is preferred)


• Microgrid and energy management marketing and technology knowledge


• A minimum of 7 years of Marketing Strategy experience


• Strong management/leadership experience


• Knowledge and experience using the 4 Ps of marketing (product, price, promotion, and placement)

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
