Marketing Intern (Lake Tahoe) at Caesars Entertainment in Stateline, Nevada

Job Description:

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Assists with various advertising duties, including but not limited to: On property signage, in room messaging, social media marketing, on hold messaging, electronic marquees, websites, APP messaging & casino floor video.
• Installs, removes and maintains inventories of various in-house materials such as promotional collateral, entertainment materials and other miscellaneous promotional items.
• Assists in maintaining web, social media, and electronic reader board messages/marquees.
• Assists in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with departments.
• Data entry.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Minimum one year administrative experience..

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Literate and fluent in English
• Ability to multi task in fast paced department.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized, with good time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently with little supervision
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills; able to develop positive relationships with both internal and external customers
• Computer literate, with skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Friendly, excellent interaction skills.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to multi task in fast paced department.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, use a step stool, have hand-eye coordination
• Visual range must include near and far distances
• Auditory range must include immediate environment
• Ability to climb stairs
• Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the property

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
