ABOUT THE JOB: The responsibility of a Senior Branch Manager is to assess and implement division strategies to provide attainable solutions within the division that will provide positive results. The Senior Branch Manager will work collaboratively with the division/corporate leadership to drive company goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Help drive revenue growth and achieve maximum profitability within assigned division through successful leadership and execution of all branch operation strategies
Implement ways to improve the P&L of each branch to meet or exceed plan
Develop plans and procedures with a focus on safety and profitability and will work with the Regional Manager to implement these plans
Create culture of Safety First with daily focus on safety procedures and ensures all safety policies are being followed
Ensure branches meet all OSHA, DOT, state and local safety regulations
Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement changes within the branch's operations
Implement damage and repair procedures to achieve D&R revenue goals
Responsible to consistently and effectively communicate Mobile Mini objectives to all branch employees
Other duties as assigned
Equipment Used
Computer, telephone and electronic office equipment
MS Office Suite, SAP, Descartes and other sales and revenue tracking tools and databases
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of management/operations experience (military leadership experience may substitute for management experience)
Experience managing P&L and proven track record of profitability and continuous improvement or experience developing and administering a balanced financial plan while overseeing a military operation
Possesses sound business acumen with demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to make quick business decisions
Experience in operations with knowledge of DOT, OSHA and state specific safety regulations preferred
Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong analytical skills, organization and accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written
Valid driver's license
