Position Title: Supply Chain Coordinator- Supplier Management

Role


Supports the Supplier Management team with assigned tasks and projects and is primarily responsible for the creation and maintenance of supplier records in Crown Castle’s systems. Works closely with Supply Chain teammates and internal business customers to ensure timely processing of Supplier Management tickets/requests.


 



     


    Responsibilities



    • Ensures that supplier records are created and maintained in Crown’s ERP’s and other related systems for approved suppliers so that they are available for use by the business as needed as well as entering/confirming necessary updates to supplier records as requested by suppliers and/or by business stakeholders. Also makes the necessary entries to record supplier status changes in the systems as needed

    • Follows all existing procedures to ensure that required documentation is collected and properly stored for each supplier record created.

    • Works closely with internal partner teams (Risk Management and Safety) to collaborate on supplier compliance issues as needed.

    • Creates and distributes reports related to supplier information to direct Manager, the Supplier Management team and other internal teams as needed.

    • Communicates with 3rd party supplier compliance software provider to request support in creating system generated reports as well as notifying supplier of system performance issues.

    • Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status.

    • Provides additional administrative support as needed.

    Education/Certifications  



    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred


     


    Experience/Minimum Requirements  



    • Zero (0) to Two (2) years of experience in supply chain management, business operations and/or related field

    Reports to: Manager, Supplier Management

    Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
