We are a general contractor who specializes in Multi-Family construction. Over the last 15 years we have developed numerous top of the line apartment buildings from start to finish, throughout the Las Vegas area. We are searching for an experienced superintended to join our great team. If you have past experience doing Multi-Family construction, then don't hesitate and apply today!
What You Will Be Doing -Oversee job site
-Ensure proper safety measures are being followed
-Ground up building of Multi-Family complexes
-Scheduling and providing cost analysis
What You Need for this Position - Over 3 years of Superintendent experience
- Experience with ground up building of Multi-Family Construction
- Ability to lead and manage a job site
- Bachelors of Science in Construction Management or Related Field
