Shift: Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.; rotating Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Part Time shifts available.

Specializing in customer call management and payment arrangement negotiation, you will ensure requests related to payment delinquency are identified, communicated, tracked, and fulfilled quickly & accurately while assuring timely payment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and correspond with delinquent, over-limit, and charged-off cardholders to make acceptable payment arrangements via outbound and inbound telephone calls generated both manually and by automatic dialing system or any other method of communication.
- Perform various tasks and functions as assigned.
- Perform appropriate database account maintenance.
- Perform follow-up as needed.
- Perform adjustments and closure requests.
- Answer and resolve cardholder inquiries.
- Follow and meet all policies and procedures, work rules and attendance standards.
- Adheres to all state and federal regulations governing debt collection including but not limited to FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg B, and any other state or federal regulation.
Pay and Benefits
Base wage starting at $15-$17.50/hr. based on prior experience. Want to earn more?
