Job Description:

Shaner Hotels has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Revenue Analyst to join our Corporate Revenue Management team located at our offices in State College, PA. This position can be based either remotely or at our corporate offices.

The Revenue Analyst is an entry level role into the revenue management discipline. The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for maximizing room revenue by assist the revenue managers in data analysis. The position will assist in reviewing business intelligence systems to identify and communicate demand changes to revenue managers. In addition, the revenue analyst will be primarily responsible for reporting, new rate & GDS loading. In addition, other revenue management functions may be required.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or equal business experience.
• Knowledge of reservations & yield management systems.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think both creatively and logically.
• Excellent organizational, written & verbal communication skills.
• Experience with major branded hotel companies.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
