Senior Manager - Cash & Controls Global Supply Chain

Role Responsibilities

Lead team responsible for reporting and analyzing cash financial results for Supply Chain and provide guidance and oversight for those same areas on a global basis. Oversee the preparation of standard monthly, quarterly, and annual cash reporting schedules required to meet the Company's various internal and external (to Suntory Japan parent company) reporting requirements.

Working with finance and operation functions within Supply Chain, maintain and contribute to an effective and robust supply chain control environment by providing a control mindset.

    • Oversee Capital and Inventory monthly reporting cadence
    • Manage Capital and Inventory Planning / Strategic Planning as Supply Chain process owner
    • Lead initiatives and champion Capital and Inventory Continuous Improvement initiatives (i.e. templates harmonization, automation, simplification)
    • Provide Capital decision support and analysis across organization as needed
    • Oversee Global inventory consolidation across all inventory types (i.e. maturing, cfg, and raw) and bolster quality of reporting and commentary
    • Provide presentation support for SCLT / ELT/ BOD cash presentation material creation
    • Participate in idea generation to improve overall cash performance
    • Enhance system expertise across Supply Chain Finance on SAP and EPM
    • Liaise with Corp Acctg and Corp FP&A on overall Cash Management and reporting for BSI and Suntory including engagement on: PPE Roll-forward management; Cash flow reporting and cash accounting policy
    • Increase engagement with Japan entity on cash metrics
    • Ad hoc projects to assist the broader GSC Finance team as needed

    • Oversee administration of CompliantPro global approval tool
    • Manage the Supply Chain quarterly MRL/Disclosure requirements
    • Coordinate Supply Chain Risk and Compliance Committee and CFO Letter preparation
    • Create Supply Chain Balance Sheet Review material, lead preparation and coordinate global consolidation
    • Participate on Supply Chain ad hoc projects support
    • Engage with Internal/External auditor on an ad hoc basis

    • Identify barriers to a consistently efficient Supply Chain financial cash reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
• CPA / MBA preferred
• Minimum 9 years of accounting experience
• Previous managerial responsibility required
• Knowledge of SAP and BPC reporting systems a plus
