Job Description:

The Enterprise Instructional Designer will design, develop and implement programs consisting of a wide variety of learning styles and modalities, including on the ground, virtual, online/web-based, and blended. They will have strong andragogical knowledge, LMS systems experience and collaborative skills that promote best practices in instructional design. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for all aspects of the course design and development stages and will evaluate existing courses for consistency with design standards and best practices.

The Enterprise Instructional Designer is responsible for all phases of instructional design as they pertain to onboarding programs, service training, eLearning initiatives and other broad-based programs. This Team Member will maintain company-wide consistency, utilizing learning program analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (measuring effectiveness) tools. It will require an individual committed to excellence, with demonstrated and proven abilities and a high level of organizational skills. This is a high impact role requiring an effective, decisive, results-oriented individual who can balance multiple design strategies and projects with impact across the organization.
