Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Sr. Test Engineer, Relibaility located in Milpitas, CA.

The Sr. Test Engineer, Relibaility will be based in Milpitas CA.  Will be responsible for reliability lab requirements for EV3/DV and Mass production.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Develops test concepts in quote phase and provide cost estimation to quote team.


• Understands customer expectation, co-ordinates alignment of concepts.


• Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.


• Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.


• Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel


• May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software


• Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Minimum BS in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent (Preferred)



• Electronic manufacturing experience associated with a test lab environment.




• Reliability and failure analysis experience




• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities




• Customer interfacing skills are required.  Presenting, meeting with customers.



• Analyzes and interprets software or system level diagnostic failure (software and hardware)


• Hand-on experience using oscilloscope, logic analyzer and lab instrumentation to measure electrical signals


• Performs test ability analysis (DFT) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead and organize projects


• Can program and run reliability Test Equipment such as chambers, oven, and testers


• Experience interpreting and understanding Python


• Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
