Job Description:


The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for creating sales order in Oracle, generate billing, recognizing revenue, perform month-end close activities related to revenue and participate in special projects within the Accounting team and will report to the Revenue Accounting Manager. The position is based in our Greenville, South Carolina location. In this role you will work closely with the sales teams.   • Accurately created sales order and perform thorough self-review

  • Work with the sales team and customers and customize the formatting of the invoices as needed

  • Obtaining, reviewing validity, and entering of incoming tax exemption certificates

  • Generate invoices timely and email to customers

  • Recognize revenue from order management module and only record manual journal entry as needed

  • Perform account reconciliations

  • Ability to identify and fix AR related irregularities

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager


  • 1+ years related experience

  • Oracle experience is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and time manage with great attention to detail

  • Problem solving ability

  • Highly organized

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
