The Hospital Director of Case Management will join a nonprofit community hospital that has been compassionately serving its community for over 50 years. The hospital offers many services to its patients including orthopedics, infusion center, cardiopulmonary, and many specialty clinics throughout the community. The Executive and Leadership team within the hospital has a positive vision for the service of the facility. The Hospital Director of Case Management will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Director will report in weekly meetings with C-Suite executives in order to collaborate in the development of standards and/or protocols ensuring that national specialty standards and research findings drive clinical practice. The Director will also work closely with other department directors and educators in order to serve as a resource and educate case managers in dealing with difficult patient problems.

As Hospital Director of Case Management, this person will take on a large and rewarding role that is responsible and accountable for clinical and financial operations of a Case Management system. The Director will provide hospital wide leadership in the areas of Resource Management, timely movement of patients through a continuum, DRG Financial Analysis, Change Management, Managed Care, Guidelines/Protocols and Systems Improvement.
