The Birth Center RN Supervisor will report to the Director of Labor and Delivery. There will also be multiple Charge Nurses who are able to provide assistance with any issues that arise. The Nurse Supervisor will have the opportunity to form interdepartmental relations with other department leaders to ensure each mother is receiving the quality care needed during their stay. 

The Birth Center RN Supervisor will oversee a rewarding and bustling department. The RN Supervisor will have the opportunity to supervise and provide professional guidance to knowledgeable staff and new hires. This Supervisor will use problem solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise within the department. The Supervisor will also ensure prioritization and organization of patient care and follow through of planned care for each patient.
