Responsibilities
Brand Plan Development and Implementation
Support development of brand plans by working with:
Brand Managers to help create messaging, proof points, and evidence for key stakeholders (business owners, vets and animal owners, etc).
Work with brand manager to influence agency relationships, develop creative/project briefs and quality, timely, on-budget solutions
Brand Manager(s) to provide marketing executional and planning activities for brands, as assigned.
All relevant sales channels to both solicit feedback and deliver materials aligned with brand strategy.
Program & Material Management:
Leads marketing materials/collateral development, approval and roll out, including steering through the regulatory review process to ensure compliance with industry and internal organizational regulatory requirements
Coordinates and executes assigned programs and projects to meet marketing objectives for designated brands
Tracks key Performance indicators, makes ongoing recommendations on optimizations
Works with media planners to support development, execution and optimization of media strategy
Customer Insights & Market Evaluation
Support / lead collection and synthesization of data from multiple sources, e.g. market research, analytics and priority markets, competitive landscape/activities, that have the impact on the platform/category/brand’s success:
Analyzes first and third party research, market and sales data to develop a strong understanding of brand trends and the competition.
Makes recommendation to brand manager based on insights and analytics to influence brand plans
Forecasting & Budget Management
Leverages insights and analytics to inform commercial planning forecasts
Coordinates with Brand Manager(s) for forecasting of product manufacturing, sales and samples to ensure sufficient stock.
Partners with Business Unit, Technical Operations, Regulatory and Customer Services to achieve these inventory objectives.
Partners with Brand Manager(s) to manage expenditure budgets for marketing activities
Basic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree, Marketing/Business preferred
5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing in various sales channels Marketing or sales experience in regulated categories (e.g.: FDA, EPA, USDA, etc)
