National Product Manager - CIT at Loomis Armored US, LLC in Houston, Texas

Job Overview: The National Product manager is responsible for the overall quality of the Cash In Transit line of business, to include ATM operations . Quality refers to the service quality received by our customers, the efficiency in which the services are executed, the systems employed by the CIT operations personnel, and the integration with all other departments. The product manager will be expected to continually improve the product quality and performance to meet the needs of both external and internal customers. The product manager will act as a liaison between CIT branch operations and all corporate departments. The successful candidate must be analytical,
creative, and disciplined, with strong personal skills and technical acumen.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Loomis projects which involve CIT operations

  • Act as SME for all CIT centered software and systems to develop improvements, test new development, with a focus on Transportation Routing software, and Android development

  • Help design, perform, and document CIT audits which evaluate a branch's CIT operations

  • Provide training to branch personnel regarding all aspects of CIT Operations

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in all CIT operations, to include training local personnel and monitoring progress

  • Create, document, train, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures

  • Partner closely with CMS Operations, Branch Operations, Risk, IT, Finance, Sales, and Legal

  • Other duties as required


Primary Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or foreign equivalent, Degree preferred

  • Strong leadership, technical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office or comparable software, especially MS Excel

  • Two years' experience in cash-in-transit industry.

  • Four years' experience in development, design and testing of routing software and application design with Android operating system.

  • Experience in development and implementation of routing technology and software in the transportation industry, including working with testing protocols and software design.

  • Travel 50-80%
