Medtronic and the Neurovascular Business Unit are both on a journey to implement and mature the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. The overarching goal of IBP is to drive one plan across businesses, functions, and regions to optimize service, revenue, operating margin, and free cash flow.

As the Senior Integrated Business Planning Program Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating a culture and processes that enable the execution of IBP within the Neurovascular. This position requires acting as an influential change agent between the business, functions, and regions to proactively lead change and manage a global business transformation to the benefit of our customers and financials.

This is a newly created highly visible role with the opportunity to impact the

Neurovascular Business Unit globally through the deployment of the new IBP Integrated Forecasting Process.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Develop relationships with IBP Enterprise Team as well as key NV functional and regional stakeholders.
  • Serve as Neurovascular IBP Integrated Forecast liaison between the IBP Enterprise Team, the business, regions, and functions
  • Drive the comprehensive implementation and execution of IBP Integrated Forecasting Process as consistent with new standard operating procedures to ensure improved rigor, organizational alignment, business ownership, and action between functions, businesses, and regions.
  • Serve as Neurovascular subject matter expert and trainer on the new Anaplan technology.
  • Partner with FP&A to quantify all material risks and opportunities related to the IBP Integrated Forecast
  • Track mutually agreed upon performance metrics that reflect wholistic view for IBP performance
  • Benchmark internal and external best practices to identify and implement IBP continuous process improvements and mature IBP within Neurovascular

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • MBA or other advanced degree related to healthcare, life sciences, or technical field
  • Prior marketing, product launch, process improvement, business transformation, training, change management, project management, or demand planning
  • Prior experience in working across multiple teams/groups across an organization
  • Ability to collaborate and develop a deep understanding of stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and drive change management plans
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent agility, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and capacity to make good judgment
  • Motivated by a team-based environment
