DESCRIPTION

Michael Baker International is seeking a Federal Market Research Analyst who will work to support the Federal Team and National Federal Market Leads with analytics and business process support. Data will include Key Performance Indicators, Operations Performance Metrics, Workforce Analytics, Business Development and Market Research Data. The Analyst will work with the Federal Leadership to develop consistent and improved business processes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist Federal team with interpretation and analysis of data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze data from Baker systems, identify trends and processes as they relate to reporting and tracking operational metrics
  • Assist in provide ad hoc analytical support to drive actionable decision making and support strategic planning and operational measures
  • Maintain consistent approach to Federal Funnel Opportunities in MBI's Sales System (MSIS). Review opportunities as they are entered in to MSIS and flow through all stages of the Sales Funnel.
  • Assist in tracking Federal Company Strategic opportunities.
  • Assist with Federal Contract document control and tracking.
  • Assist in analytics for current and future Federal Workforce
  • Work with National Market Leads to provide support for Market Research by collecting and analyzing internal and external data.
  • Provide planning, logistics, and direct support, to include coordinating trade show exhibits, promotions, packaging, shipping, and staff travel plans, as well as traveling to and participating in trade shows, conferences, and conventions
  • Assist Federal team with presentations to all levels of organization.
  • Provide general administrative support to Federal PMO
  • Supports sales and advertising programs including proposal generation.
  • Performs market research projects and reports.
  • Compiles and produces sales and marketing reports.
  • Assists with the creation of new collateral materials.
  • Lead the development of various award submissions for internal clients
  • Effectively lead the kick-off meeting, after action review, and debriefing for local proposal submissions. Reviews specification sheets, obtains and prepares proposals, and acts as liaison with vendors in such areas as delivering marketing material, scheduling proofs, and meetings. Creates marketing reports, presentations, and proposals using various media and data sources.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field (business administration, finance, marketing, engineering, etc.)
  • 0-3 years of related experience
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented with the ability to maintain high standards for quality of work
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $47,242 - $91,860.
