As the Concierge you are the first impression of the community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answerand transfer callsGreet guests in a friendly mannerDistribute resident mailMaintain lobby in a clean and uncluttered mannerMake Rounds of the Community (Inside and Out)Assist with Housekeeping dutiesFirst point of contact for Residents to ensure excellent customer serviceAssist with Programs for the Residents

Physical Demands:
Walking long distancesTraverse StaircasesPush / pull minimum of 45 lbs.Lifting / bending / stopping
