Job Description:

Atlas: An Ignite Digital Services Company is seeking a qualified Marketing Intern to assist our Corporate Communications Lead. Our Communications Team is responsible for producing all internal and external communications including employee newsletters, presentation decks, website content, and social media strategies and posts.

The ideal intern for this role has excellent verbal and written communications skills, experience with various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and possesses the organizational skills to manage several tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal company communications


• Develop content for our website and social media channels


• Create branded slide decks for internal and external use


• Organize and update key internal assets on a prioritized, rolling basis


• Field marketing/communications-related tasks as-needed

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Charleston majoring in Marketing, Communications, or similar field


• Extensive knowledge of social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to be adaptable and change direction and field tasks as needed


• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
