Oversee and perform maintenance in support of day-to-day operations and maintain the physical assets of the property.
Perform technical maintenance jobs as required.
Maintain all machinery and equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.
Ensure all preventive, predictive and other maintenance systems are adhered to and properly performed for all machinery, equipment and buildings.
Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
Train and assist Maintenance Technicians and other more junior maintenance staff.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience repairing any (3) or more of the following heavy machinery: stamping presses, brake presses, laser cutters, robotic welders, overhead cranes, and hi-los, as well as experience facilitating PM programs, implementing safety initiatives, and educating operators on machine maintenance and safety.
Additional
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
Installing and troubleshooting various systems skills.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of all MIOSHA and OSHA standards.
Must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds.
Must be able to work at heights.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Associate's degree in a related technical area.
