Principal Purpose of Position:





  • Design and update UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

  • Use best practices and strong foundational standards related to human centered design and human factors.

  • Work with content team to create templates that communicate effectively with customers and encourage them to take action based on where they fall in the customer lifecycle.

  • Ensure all digital properties meet Holman standards at all times

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:




  • Four-year college degree, in graphic design, computer science or marketing





Relevant Work Experience:




  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing campaigns and content development


  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Social Applications


  • 3+ years of graphic design experience


  • On the cutting edge of latest trends and best practices


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on the ability to communicate technical issues to a diverse non-technical audience.
