Job Description:

The Process Instructor provides leadership, process and technical support required to ensure staff and

processes meet and exceed critical Safety, Quality, Production, Cost, KPI. This position will ensure new

hires properly trained, lead or direct hourly staff and fill in for Shift Manager. Position requires extensive

experience and knowledge of process and critical jobs, must be capable of making critical quality, cost or

production decisions in a timely manner. Must be hands on, team player, willing to do whatever necessary

to meet goals.

What is my earning potential?

We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $20.33 with top pay up to $20.33. In addition, our updated enhanced shift premiums $1.00 for 12 hour night shifts.

Do you offer flexible shifts?

We do! We now offer 12 hours shifts and 12 hour weekend schedules.

How you will play an important role?

•  Strong leadership skills, capable of managing a shift, leading people, fill in Shift Manager.


•  Good communication skills, written and verbal. Gets along well with others.


•  Team player that is willing to do whatever necessary sets positive example for others.


• Ability to successfully perform all critical jobs


• Ability to train new hires in each critical job


•  Capable of troubleshooting, problem solving, resolving complex process, technical and or
  
  mechanical problems.


• Basic computer skills preferred (including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)


• Strong Process and Maintenance experience preferred.

•  Bottle Processing experience preferred


•  Ability to become First Aid/CPR Certified
