Overview

The Front Desk Clerk with CFC Properties is the first point of contact and is responsible for a // nswering the phone, responding to questions and greeting visitors and guests. This position is located at the Grant Street Inn.

Responsibilities

//

Part Time Schedule: Friday/Saturday: 8am - 6pm

20 hours per week

• Greet guests and patrons as they arrive
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
• Take reservations
• Receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal phone calls
• Refers messages to appropriate party
• Process incoming and outgoing mail & faxes
• Manage accurate accounting of all rooms
• Answer queries regarding the Inn's services and amenities and local happenings

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• Previous customer service experience required


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software & Adobe PDF


• Hospitality experience preferred


• Knowledge of local area preferred

• Works under general office environmental conditions


• Sitting for extended periods of time, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment


• Able to lift 20+ pounds occasionally
