Job Description:

Geobox Drivers serve our customers by delivering and merchandising products to customer locations according to established standards designed to increase company sales and profits.

Job Duties:

• Delivers, stocks, rotates and displays all products at customer locations according to established standards.
• Invoices customers for sales, collects payment from customers (e.g. check, cash, money order) and secures payment in safe.
• Works with customer at retailer locations to ensure that entire pre-sold order is delivered and merchandised to maximize sales and profitability.
• Works in conjunction with customers and Territory Account Manager to identify opportunities to increase the sales and profitability of the company through incremental displays, communication of price/value and promotions.
• Communicates with customers and Pepsi management team on issues regarding pricing, products, programs and problems that arise in the trade to ensure that established customer service standards are maintained.
• Maintains a good working relationship with: customers; account and area managers at Pepsi; and other internal employees at Pepsi (e.g. warehouse employees, sales equipment employees).
• Ensures proper POS items are set up and displayed according to established standards (e.g. clings, base wrap, pole signs, banners).
• Responsible for the proper accounting of all products, shells and pallets (e.g. shells and pallets accurately accounted for and returned to facility).
• Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA, DOT and safety requirements, AIB and Pepsi standards, Federal/State/Local laws); wears all required personal protective equipment.
• Trains new employees to perform Geobox Driver job duties in accordance with established standards.
• Maintains and completes required paperwork (e.g. DOT logs, Missed Time Verification forms, time off requests, mileage logs, sales reports, invoices); maintains confidentiality of product pricing, customer key locations and other sensitive information.
• Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent educational completion
  
  
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  
  
• Employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle, as a condition of initial and continued employment.
  
  
• 6-12 months of previous sales experience with a consumer product line and customer relations experience.
  
  
• Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds manually in a repetitive motion; and be able to push/pull up to 300 pounds
