Job Description:
Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking an Application / Software Support Specialist.
Must have strong experience with software diagnostics. This is not an infrastructure support role, we are not looking for standard desktop support.
We need someone who can work with clients on software functionality and troubleshoot or escalate as necessary.
Recent experience supporting customized software is required. Experience working with Azure DevOps is strongly preferred.
This is a contract for 12 months or longer with potential to convert to permanent. This role is 100% remote.
