JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for providing support to ADI's sales teams by managing the applications for project registration pricing with our various product vendors. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth. Develop and maintain sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as accurate and fast reporting. Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Sales organization.

JOB DUTIES:


  • Register projects with our vendors for special pricing
  • Gather all required information required by vendors to submit for special pricing.
  • Ensure all vendor templates and processes are up to date
  • Assist sales teams with creating and repricing quotes
  • Follow up on all registration requests to completion and keep sales team up-to-date on progress.
  • Manage and track registration expirations and notify sales of upcoming timelines
  • Develop and maintain clear processes and points of contact for project registrations
  • Work closely with ADI sales teams to ensure accurate and timely turnaround for all requests
  • Work closely with Category Product teams for new items needed for registrations

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

WE VALUE:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with putting together Bid requests, quotes, proposals
  • Experience interacting with nationwide sales teams
  • Some Sales Support experience
  • Team orientated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and ERP systems
