Job Title Help Desk – Student Tech
Department Technology
Reports to Director of Technology
General Purpose
Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist with computer registration. Troubleshooting basic computer issues. Remove various types of malware. Support clients in a variety of methods including, telephone, walk-in, and email. Log all support cases in trouble ticketing system.
Education and Training
High School diploma
Knowledge and Experience
Prefer knowledge and experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills necessary.
Core Competencies
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communications skills.
Working Conditions
Flexible hours between 8am – 9pm.
