This position requires a highly collaborative and results oriented Broad-based Compensation professional to provide program support to management, leadership and HR colleagues. The Compensation Principal will be actively involved in the planning, developing and implementing of global compensation programs, policies and procedures, under the strategic guidance of the Senior Director, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Director of Compensation in leading the program design and execution of compensation programs in line with our compensation philosophy to drive performance excellence, engagement and equity.
  • Assist in the management of the year-end compensation process planning (merit, promotions, etc.) and execution as the primary contact for the global HRBPs and respective Leadership Team members.
  • Evaluate new jobs and internal promotions or reclassification requests, to include determining appropriate salary, grade, and title and/or work with managers to discuss their recommendations.
  • Evolve and manage salary ranges, including range creation, benchmarking, and updating, to drive consistency and market-competitive pay
  • Proactively suggests improvement and enhancements to current compensation programs, policies and processes for both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
  • Partner with HRIS to ensure accurate compensation data and smooth running of all compensation cycles and programs.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in salary surveys through the collection and reporting of data to third-party survey providers.
  • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in global organizations.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to strengthen collaboration through empathy and influence.
  • Highly data literate and working knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation module required .
  • Proficiency at leading cross-functional projects. Superb attention to details and aptitude for translating complex issues / findings into succinct recommendation to senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills; track record of establishing strong collaborative relationships and trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects with changing demands; results-focused.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes in the business environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Data inspired with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data.
  • WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) strongly desired.
