Job Description:

As a Traffic & Distribution Coordinator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and procedures for processing documents for shipping domestic and international shipments.
• Provides additional backup support for the distribution department.
• Housekeeping 5/S to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
• Coordinates and prepares documents for shipments with logistics carriers and ensures productivity goals and customer requirements are met with each order.
• Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, internal customers, inventory control team, shipping and receiving teammates, and others involved in the shipment of products.
• Processing work order closures and allocations based upon availability and customer requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents while gathering and maintaining all data relative to shipping activities.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related work experience in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Access.
• Adhere to shipping and inventory operating procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to details and ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility some weekends and extended hours, required.
