C++ Software Engineer Funded (200 Mill) Pre-IPO Robotics & Autonomous Tech Co. Seeks C++ Engineer! HYBRID REMOTE Clarksburg, MD!

We are a funded (200 Mill) robotics and autonomous technology company that has been in business for over 20 years that's looking to IPO soon! We are transforming government and commercial transportation with programs that include self-driving cars and trucks; autonomous shuttles; UAV; UAS; and drones. What You Need for this Position C++
Proficient in object-oriented design, algorithm, and data structure
Understand modern architecture and operating systems (multi-threading, synchronization, and memory management)
Linux development tools (gdb, valgrind, profilers, etc.)
­Solid understanding of source code management and continuous integration best practices
Profiling and debugging tools to resolve performance and stability issues
Knowledge of STL best practices, memory safe and thread safe design patterns, and API development (Plus)
Experience with Communication Middleware (e.g. ROS, DDS, MQTT) preferred
Experience with Python (Plus)
Experience on ARM/Nvidia Drive products (Plus)
What You Will Be Doing Develop and test new software features in a real-time Linux (or similar) OS environment
Adhere to modern C++ standards and industry best practices
Maintaining and developing features for state-of-the-art software for and to support Autonomous Vehicles
