Allegheny College invites applications for an Operations Coordinator in the Office of Admission. The coordinator provides exceptional service to prospective students through the processing of inquiries, applications and submitted materials. They will with others across campus to ensure data integrity through the student enrollment process. The coordinator is part of a collaborative enrollment management team who focus on working with students through a lens of equity and inclusion. They will report to the Manager of Enrollment Technology.



The Operations Coordinator will:



  • Process admission applications and associated data entry

  • Complete GPA recalculation for admission applicants

  • Maintain accurate student records in Slate CRM and Colleague

  • Assist with the management of the primary admission email and phone line

  • Assist with Admission events and programs

  • Fully cross-trained on all operations positions and act as back-up to Guest Services Coordinator

  • Train and assign work to student interns

  • Other duties as assigned



Minimum qualifications:



  • High School Diploma

  • Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred

  • Previous experience in a CRM or database

  • Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings



Knowledge, skills and abilities:



  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and well organized

  • Capable of multi-tasking

  • Ability and willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed



Technology skills/requirements:



  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Google Workspace Suite

  • CRM Technology
