Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre. The Communication, Film, and Theatre Department invites applicants for a visiting 1-year replacement position beginning August 2022. Ideal candidates will have experience and success teaching acting, directing, and script analysis as well as directing a mainstage production in a liberal arts curriculum. M.F.A. in Acting or Directing or Ph.D. is strongly preferred; ABD candidates will be considered. Teaching load is six courses per year (3-3) or equivalent. All faculty are expected to participate in delivering college-wide first-year/sophomore seminars. Opportunities and support for research and scholarly activity are available.
