Maintain repairs and services air conditioning and heating systems.
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:
Involves no responsibility or authority for the direction of others. Works independently with minimum supervision.
NATURE & SCOPE:
The incumbent will be exposed to every level of the University community and on occasion consults with outside vendors/contractors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and 5 years or more of experience. Vocational training applications may be substituted for actual work experience. Knowledge of Siemen's and Metasys systems preferred. EPA Universal Certification HVAC/R - Required
