The Program Manager will  be acting as transformation program lead within Global IT. Provide oversight across all workstreams (technical, organization, partners) and responsible for executive level status reporting and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute program plan, including schedules, resource management, milestone and dependency management.

  • Leverage Operational Excellence and/or prior experience leading large-scale/global transformational change to provide insights, manage risk and drive improved outcomes for the program.

  • Works with the IT and Business leadership team to create, track, and manage program level plan to be monitored throughout the program period.

  • Define project resource requirements and partner with the IT Leadership and other critical program stakeholders to manage key milestones and key dependencies amongst the team.

  • Schedule, prepare and facilitate program operating mechanisms, ensuring that program stakeholders and other team members are productively engaged in the processes, as well as power point communications to facilitate communications to key project constituents and leaders.

  • Maintain oversight of project risks and mitigation plans to ensure business and project objectives are met.

  • Escalate project challenges and risked, as needed, to ensure high quality and timely completion.

  • Provide routine project status communications to senior leadership.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across various groups, businesses, geographies functions.

  • Work with project leadership, communications and change management resources to build stakeholder maps, identify change impacts, facilitate and build communications and to engage the broader organization to socialize and build support for project recommendations.

  • Understand priorities, interdependencies and timelines to ensure activities and projects are appropriately embedded in program plan.

  • Stay abreast of local project status and coordinate support from the governance team, as needed.

  • Play a leadership role to drive continuous improvement and streamline and standardize processes.

  • Constructively challenge the status quo to champion new ideas and ideate future possibilities.

  • Imagine new possibilities and creative solutions that drive improved effectiveness and efficiency.
