As our Sales Operations Associate, you will partner with our Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Legal teams:  Play an important role in identifying and implementing processes that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies.  Will provide support and analysis to the B&G business. He/she will also provide administrative support and analysis on Private Label Contracts, Broker Commissions, Sales Hierarchy/New Customer Set-Up, Administrate Corporate Event Support, T&E monthly Expense Analysis, Maintain Organization Charts, and product Adds/Deletes.  Assist with and eventually become a subject matter expert in the Adjustable Unsaleable Allowance program.  Additionally, all other required Sales Administration support. Create optimize and maintain customer and employee data, processes, reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Brand Management to get pricing and allowances to prepare private label agreements


• Track the private label pack committed quantities and update the sales team.


• Distribute monthly commission and cancelled PO reports to brokers


• Administer, analyze and communicate to our Quality and Supply Chain leads the monthly Adjustable Unsaleable Allowance reporting.


• Administer the quarterly check or customer deductions for Adjustable Unsaleable Allowance payments with AP and Deduction Team


• Run AUA reports and provide analysis


• Maintain Terms & Conditions spreadsheet and update the sales team quarterly on customer tracking. 


• Run National Sales Reports.


• Provide support for the coordination of the annual National Sales meeting and other field sales events


• Responsible for the update and communication of all sales organization changes in our Sales Portal

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required


• Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite required



• Knowledge or experience with organizational tools such as CRM or knowledge-sharing platform
