Basic Job Functions:



This position is responsible for designing and building data pipelines and models, and dashboards and reports that provide insights to the business and help support decision making across the product group and division. This position will be required to support the performance and availability of BI solutions to provide a consistent and reliable experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years BI experience developing data pipelines/ETLs, and building reports and dashboards


• Participate in requirements gathering with key stakeholders


• Designs and implements the logical and physical data models, and builds reports and dashboards


• Transition developed solutions to customers and provide training as necessary


• Analyze data for potential discrepancies, investigate errors, and perform data cleanup


• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed solutions


• Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members


• Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniques


• Self-starter who performs duties with moderate to low supervision


• Team player who is committed to both the team and the mission

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or 3 years of relevant experience


• Experience with the Microsoft BI stack (Azure, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)


• Experience using DAX and/or MDX expressions.


• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and underlying entities


• Experience working with R or Python for data analysis and business intelligence applications.


• Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, such as complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
