What you will be doing:

To provide oversight, leadership and management of the strategic sourcing and supply chain side of the Company's operating cycle, including but not limited to, developing and taking ownership for procurement strategy, managing logistics and supply chain, managing supplier relationships, and leading intra-company collaboration between Financial Services and Operations

This position is responsible for the overall Management of the Purchasing and Accounts Payable Teams and is directly responsible for all hiring decisions, performance reviews, and salary decisions

What you'll bring to assure your success

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years equivalent experience or combination of experience working in and managing and/or directing the procurement and supply chain function of a company, as described above in the "position objective" section of this job description

• Ability to efficiently read and understand various documents including, but not limited to, vendor contracts and dealer agreements, freight and billing terms, tax guidance relating to procurement, order fulfillment specifications embedded in customer or company generated contracts, and all other business documents relevant to order strategic sourcing and supply chain

• Ability to resolve operational and processing problems relating to these documents and the overall objectives of the Financial Services Team.

• Must have a high level of experience and knowledge working with ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, spreadsheets, word processing programs and internet research

• Strong understanding of accounting and how inventory and shipping and handling impacts orders, commissioning and impact to company bottom line in generating revenue

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret, instructions, business correspondence and vendor terms and conditions embedded in vendor/dealer agreements, and/or vendor incentive programs.
