Job Description:
As a member of the Technical Business Management Office (TBMO) you will be a key contributor in providing the technical leadership team with comprehensive views and analytical insights on technology spending, resource utilization, performance of technical operations and strategic initiative portfolios across the Global Technology - Enterprise Digital Technology (EDT) and U.S. Insurance & Retirement (USIR) organization. This will involve tracking of the multi-year financial forecast of operational, strategic, and future of work investments in technology, reporting/validation of technology spending and outcomes against plans, and clear articulation of accomplishments, challenges and risks across the technology portfolio. Your mission is to provide the leadership team with the information and insights required to effectively manage the technical operations and drive decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute in all aspects of collecting, validating and presenting key data points, performance measures and insights with accuracy, timeliness and consistency, for the purpose of providing a comprehensive viewpoint into the health of Global Technology EDT/USIR operations and strategic initiatives portfolios
• Support monthly financial reporting processes, including data analysis, identification of key trends and resolution of expense reporting inconsistencies
• Support the Global Technology EDT/USIR management and Finance teams in the development and tracking of the multi-year financial budget/forecast
• Develop, analyze, and articulate an in-depth understanding of expense drivers and key performance measures that enable a consistent view across the EDT/USIR Technology organization to drive decision-making and facilitate management actions
• Effectively prioritize and complete significant ad hoc requests from various stakeholders
• Resolve technology, finance and business partner inquiries related to technology spend
• Drive continuous improvement within operational and financial reporting policies and procedures to ensure information is derived in an accurate, timely and consistent manner across the Global Technology EDT/USIR organization
• Assist the development of management presentations to ensure key messages are captured and action steps are well defined to enable swift decision-making

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree with background in IT preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Planning, Business Analysis and/or Project Management
• Excellent analytical skills with strong aptitude for proactive problem solving
• Proven strong attention to detail and follow‐through skills
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access); PowerBI & Tableau experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, collaborative, creative, and adept at handling multiple, changing priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to work effectively with team members, leadership, and other departments, with ability to translate complex topics into easily digestible messages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to partner effectively with all levels including senior management
• Discretion to deal with confidential/financial information
• Sense of urgency – Priorities may require quick turn-around for senior management preview and presentations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple tasks with competing priorities both independently and within a team construct
• Embodies a continuous improvement mindset, with ability to proactively identify, analyze, and improve upon existing processes for optimization
