Job Description:

Arcosa Marine Components is searching for Inside Sales Support at our Bossier City, LA manufacturing plant.  

Under the Wintech and Nabrico brands, Arcosa Marine Components is a leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial and marine winches for various applications. Arcosa manufactures winches for barge handling, push boats, conveyors, ramps, and many other industrial applications.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls


• Staff reception desk


• Complete quotes for parts and standard products


• Enter parts and standard product orders


• Process credit card orders


• Assist engineering and production management with general administration tasks


• Maintain quote log


• Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and orders


• Estimate delivery schedules based on stock and production.


• Answer basic product questions.


• Support outside sales team with quotes, questions, and logistics

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience


• Proficient skills in MS Office


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to understand, explain, and demonstrate features of industrial products and services


• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings


• Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles.
