A Magnet designated acute care health system located in central Connecticut is currently seeking an experienced full-time Lymphedema Certified Physical Therapist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This hospital is home to over 120 licensed beds and is proud to care for more than 50,000 patients annually. The Lymphedema Certified Physical Therapist will work within a team of highly advanced medical professionals that are consistently awarded for their cutting-edge medical care.

The Lymphedema Certified Physical Therapist will join an advanced physical therapy service line that strives to improve quality of life in each patient. The Physical Therapist will work within a Lymphedema Care team provides various treatment programs to help reduce patient discomfort and increase mobility. The Lymphedema Certified Physical Therapist will work with a variety of patients including those with injuries, diseases, and disabilities.

The Physical Therapist will plan and carry out a number of physical therapy evaluation and treatment programs for a variety of patients. The Physical Therapist will apply a variation of therapeutic techniques and procedures while performing evaluations and provide treatment plans. The Physical Therapist must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, and current Lymphedema certification.
