An exciting Physical Therapist position has just opened at a trusted Acute Care Hospital in the gorgeous wine country area of Washington. 

The Physical Therapist will join a Joint Commission and American College of Radiology Accredited Hospital that offers a comprehensive cancer center, 3D Mammography Program, a Family Birth Center, and has been awarded the “Most Wired Hospitals” award for the past 8 years and counting.

Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, and working closely with department leads, the Physical Therapist will join a department of skilled Rehab personnel. This dynamic, interactive, and skilled team will work closely with patient care technicians, physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists throughout the hospital.

Using a team-based approach, the Physical Therapist will oversee both clinical and administrative activities for the department. This person will actively manage the staffing and labor needs of the department, effectively utilizing all available staff resources to manifest a spirit of cooperation, allowing for patients to receive the best care possible. The Physical Therapist will take a progressive stance on educating and mentoring the professionals in this crucial department. The Physical Therapist will also assist with administrative actions in the department, such as ensuring staff meet regulatory requirements for licensure and certifications.
