The GMT Project & Data Coordinator is responsible for product and process data gathering and trend analysis for key products and coordination of product knowledge management across various technology platforms. This position will play a key role in continuous process improvement of data gathering and storage.
Support Global Manufacturing Technology (GMT) Leadership Team with GMT Budget follow-up
Purchase Order (PO) creation and payment reconciliation
Communication with Finance/Accounting for PO/Invoice issue resolution
Support and maintain GMT Project portfolio in an on-line database
Support roll out of project database - Microsoft Project online
Enter new data into project database
Create and manage internal/external Sharepoint/Teams sites.
Manage and create GMT project portfolio reports
Other duties as assigned.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Strong computer skills and high degree of accuracy in data entry, spreadsheet and database management and preparation of reports and presentations are required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent experience working with technological tools including PowerBI, Sharepoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project.
Proven record of consistent performance.
Organized and highly detail-oriented
Demonstrates integrity and respect for people.
Demonstrated capability to effectively apply knowledge, execute multiple activities and balance customer priorities.
Proven competence in organizing, planning and ability to support multiple teams, groups, functions, key projects or processes.

Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with various levels of personnel.
Fluent in English.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree with experience in Data & Digital, data analytics, project management or other relevant field. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in a related discipline.
Motivated elf-starter with good interpersonal and problem-solving with an ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment and build relationships across the Zoetis organization.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently utilizing strong organizational skills, systems knowledge, and effective communication
Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
