Do you have a passion for Cyber Security and ensuring customers are protected against cyber-attacks? Do you possess a good understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance, and the regulatory aspects of Cyber security? Join Western Union as a Senior Information Security Analyst for GRC.

Better requires process discipline and simplification
The Senior Information Security Analyst for GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) will work with software application owners at multiple levels to gather and analyze data as it relates to security GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) issues in Western Union's software applications. You will work with business units to ensure that these technology assets meet compliance standards within the Information Security framework. This includes the review, assessment, and remediation of compliance issues. You will ensure data is complete, that data quality is consistent, and resolve any issues related to either. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining process documents, reviewing software asset compliance, and generating reports, and metrics related to technology risk. Once findings are compiled, you will present findings to relevant executives and stakeholders. With all this work, you will also ensure documentation of Cyber Security applications through a no-code configuration tool called Onspring.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field. Education or equivalent experience is a must. In addition, you have 4-5 years of related experience, including Cyber Security. Ideally, you have experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and common security frameworks such as NIST, PCI, and ISO 27001, and can navigate conversations about risk with business stakeholders and application owners with ease. CISSP, CIPP/E, or CRISC certification is preferred. Experience with Onspring is a huge plus, but not required. While this position does require some technical understanding and proficiency, it isn't all technology.
