Operations Program Manager CO+I Physical Security
Reports To: Senior Global Manager - Strategic Initiatives and Security Operations Programs
Location: Remote (US-based)
FLSA: Exempt
Salary: DOE


SUMMARY
The Operations Program Manager (OPM) works closely with the Physical Security Operations Management group to implement global programs and special projects. OPMs are responsible for providing focused regional and site level attention to address issues identified by peers and senior management and help drive optimization efforts across the program. Additionally, OPMs work with other teams in Physical Security to recommend process improvements, implement global and regional initiatives, and standardize process and procedures.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Project manage the end-to-end process for implementing security operations at new sites and site expansions, which includes utilizing project schedules to adhere to the requirements of the individual project, assigning tasks, ensuring project work is complete and on schedule, facilitate, communicate, and identify status expectations, assign new work, and ensure quality and completeness of work.
2. Identify, recommend, and manage strategic projects to drive process improvements and facilitate risk management.
3. Analyze the impact of proposed changes and presenting findings to leadership.
4. Collaborate with Site and Regional Security Managers to collect, review, and submit audit evidence.
5. Support internal compliance assessment efforts either onsite or through remote review of evidence and site behavioral practices.
6. Manage requests for information and analyze results to ensure management is informed.
7. Research and compile information for creation of business cases and proposals.
8. Present to large groups of stakeholders when necessary, for example training, information disbursement, and business case proposals.
9. Build framework and methodology for field implementations.
10. Act as point of contact and connection for field personnel to headquarters.
11. Regularly organize and facilitate meetings and provide status updates to the client.
12. Update and create procedural documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
13. Provide operational support as needed; this may include management backfill, site level training, and other duties as assigned by leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.


MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and
background investigation.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of operations related experience required, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote,
Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or certification obtained within one year of hiring; Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Holistic Information Security Practitioner (HISP) or certification obtained within one year of hiring.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.
• Able to travel (international or domestic, as required) approximately 25% of the time or more, occasionally with
limited notice.
• Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency or high-priority event.
