In 1917, the University of Oklahoma's School of Public and Private Business was one of the first schools west of the Mississippi River to be accredited by AACSB International. This formed into the College of Business Administration in 1928, which was named the Michael F. Price College of Business in 1997 in honor of Michael F. Price, a major benefactor and graduate of the school (BBA 1973). In Fall of 2017, the Graduate School of Business was renamed the Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business (GSB), relocating to a new 27,000 square-foot flagship facility located in the heart of Oklahoma City at OU's University Research Park on the Health Sciences Center campus. Strategically anchored between the downtown energy and financial sectors to the west and the growing healthcare and aerospace sectors to the east, the facility is now home to OU's Full-time, Professional, and Online MBA programs.
Reporting to the Director of MBA Recruiting and Admissions, the Associate Director, MBA Admissions and Reporting will be an integral part of a high functioning team that is looking to grow its inquiry and applicant pool and increase the quality of incoming students to the MBA programs. This position is key to developing, implementing, evaluating, and driving specific strategies and processes to enhance enrollment management in the MBA programs.
The MBA Program facility is located on the Oklahoma City campus. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, if desired.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.
