Position Summary:

InVeris is seeking an exceptionally talented and initiative-taking Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. The Salesforce Administrator will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of our Salesforce.com platform. The administrator will collaborate closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including Marketing, Sales/Sales Operations, Customer Servicing, and our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will be: 1.) Making an impact on a growing team and company, 2.) Be able to generate meaningful insights through dashboards and insights, 3.) Enable our users and CRM to work in synergies and efficiencies, 4.) Refine the Salesforce CRM to our sales processes.

What you will be doing:


  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the com environment.

  • Interface with team members, business leaders and other stakeholders to gather, understand and translate requirements for various projects and initiatives.

  • Plan and execute large-scale data improvement projects including data normalization, de-duping, and general clean up within Salesforce and integrated applications.

  • Manage all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.

  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for the latest Salesforce

  • Manage, configure, and support ongoing maintenance of com data feeds and other integrations.

  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development

  • Effectively function as the liaison between our IT organization, Internal Business Stakeholders, and End Users.

  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document configuration and/or development requirements.

  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements in our Salesforce org and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

What you will bring:


  • Minimum four years of experience as a com administrator (Sales Cloud).

  • com Certification preferred.

  • Experience working on the Lightning Platform.

  • Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

  • Strong understanding of com best practices and functionality.

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

  • Ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

  • Must be innovative and resourceful and optimize use of available Able to develop innovative approaches for situations in which standard approaches do not apply.

  • Must be adaptable and be able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

  • Bachelor’s degree with work experience in Sales, Business Administration, or Sales

  • Experience with Deltek (Costpoint) is a plus.
