Position Overview Your contribution will ensure that Johnsonville products are of the highest quality and that we continue to produce premium products. You will learn a variety of manufacturing processes and expand upon your existing knowledge for the application of making world class sausage. • Conduct Food Safety / Quality inspections and audits for adherence to established standards.
• Responsible for daily SSOP and GMP monitoring and reporting.
• Work with the sanitation team to ensure compliance to established company standards.
• Perform daily lab tasks such as swabbing, plating, shelf life, sensory and result reporting.

Qualifications: What You Bring To The Job:

• High School (GED) diploma required, some college preferred.

• Working understanding of statistical quality tools
• Detail oriented, responsible, self- motivated individual
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member without direct supervision
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Other duties as assigned
